1. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Access your order status and history by signing in to your ACCOUNT. You can also reach us by EMAIL  or CHAT LIVE with us (Mon–Fri 8AM– 6PM EST).

2. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

DUE TO THE STRICT HYGIENIC STANDARDS, OPENED OR USED LIP PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. WE WILL HOWEVER, GLADLY REPLACE ANY DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM IMMEDIATELY AND COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING THE FAULTY PRODUCT BACK TO US. PLEASE EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AT KISSYKCOSMETICS@OUTLOOK.COM IN THE EVENT YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS. 

3. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

kissykcosmetics.com is unable to accept orders to be shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

4. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us within one hour of placing your order via by EMAIL or LIVE CHAT with us (Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM EST). 

5. I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?

6. MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible by EMAIL. 

7. WHEN I EXCHANGED AN ITEM, THERE ARE TWO TRANSACTIONS ON MY CREDIT CARD. CAN YOU EXPLAIN?

When an exchange is requested, it is completed in two steps:
1) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.
2) A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange.
Two transactions will be posted to your account: a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. While both transactions are processed in our systems at the same time, please note that the issuing bank/credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.

8. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

For online orders shipped within the United States, the following Credit Cards are accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept PayPal. Please enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
